**Responsibilities**:

- **Feedback Collection**: Actively engage with patients on call to gather feedback regarding their experiences during their hospital stay. Utilise various channels such as surveys, interviews, and digital platforms to collect feedback comprehensively.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse feedback data to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement. Utilise statistical tools and qualitative analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights from feedback data.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports summarising feedback findings, including key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Present these reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization, including hospital management and department heads.
