**About us**:
Pluto is a world of fun characters. We are crafting a world of interactive, fun, and creative experiences that spread across digital art, gaming, and digital luxury. We are building community-focused multi-player mini-games, web3 & web2 experiences, and tools along with an incredibly passionate community. This has many of its own unique offerings and we’re building this with a young, highly talented team with an average age of 22 years. We are already 40+ in team strength and have preserved a core culture that ties the whole team together while half the team is working from parts of the Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, and India.

**Job Overview**:
As a Concept artist, you will work closely with our marketing team and creative community team to develop visuals that promote our brand and effectively communicate Pluto’s character IPs to our target audience on various social media platforms.

**What are we expecting from you?**
- A master of **Photoshop. **We require you to know the software in and out.
- Should be able to create concepts for assets that are included in the storyboard.
- Set up concepts in such a way that helps the team build more 2D assets, backgrounds and animation.
- Iterate and refine concepts based on feedback from the creative team and directors.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within the organization.

**What will your average day look like with Pluto?**
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and artistic visions for the video.
- Attending brainstorming and storyboard meetings to fully understand the video that is being produced.
- Collaborate with other departments like character, background artists, texturing/coloring, and animating.

**Other qualifications that are good to have**:

- Resides in Mumbai or ready to relocate
- Previous experience in film, advertising, or animation studios.
- In depth knowledge of 2D show production.
- Knowledge of other skills like animation, composition, and characters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
