**Job Summary**:
The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee the fabrication process of metal components such as knobs, handles, and accessories in our furniture production. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of metal fabrication workers.
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials.
- Oversee cutting, drilling, and other metalworking processes.
- Manage local purchases of materials and supplies.
- Utilize knowledge of HHP partition moulding in production.
- Oversee aluminium casting and brass learning processes.
- Operate and supervise machinery such as welding, grinding, buffing, and turning machines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with design and production teams.
- Maintain and oversee factory maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to fabrication processes.

**Job Expectations**:
**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Fabrication Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication processes, specifically for knobs, handles, and accessories.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in using metalworking tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of PVC, powder coating, HHP partition moulding, aluminium casting, and brass learning processes.
- Preferred experience in the furniture modular industry.

**Minimum Qualification**: Experience in the furniture modular industry is highly preferred

**Minimum Job Experience**: 6-8 years of experience in metal fabrication,

**Reporting to**: HOD

**Travel**: Travelling as and when required
