Job Title: Office Coordinator
- Location: Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)
- Experience: 1-3 years
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily operations, support team functions, and ensure smooth office administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle office correspondence, records, and supplies management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication across departments.
- Oversee office maintenance, expenses, and vendor relations.
- Support onboarding, project tasks, and team administration needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of office coordination or administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with teamwork abilities.
- Age limit should be under 30 years.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
