**Job Overview**:
Reporting into the End User Compute Team Lead this role is accountable for supporting our End User Compute services, ensuring it is secure but flexible to ensure our colleagues are able to deliver value for Arm

**Responsibilities**:
Delivery of Technical changes and daily tasks to support the ongoing provision of the Arm EUC platforms

Accountable for delivering changes to Arms Intune Mobile management platform

Complete daily health checks and associated remediation to support the running of the EUC Service

Ability to interpret access logs and technical configurations in support of root cause analysis of EUC issues

Ensure all Service NOW tickets assigned to them are proactively worked on and updated as per the Arm Ticket Management Standard

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Good understanding of Lenovo and Apple hardware

Experience root cause analyzing operational issues on one of Windows, Linux or Mac

Can identify and resolve issues with build processes

Remote support of the desktop issues

Experience of managing devices in Intune

Experience of remotely troubleshooting end users issues seen for the first time

Background in managing mobile devices in an enterprise MDM
