**Job Overview**:
Reporting into the EUC and Identity Service managers this role manages the Arm End User and Identity function, to drive performance, focusing on technical excellence and end user experience and a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborating with the relevant. global product/service owners to define and implement an Arm fit for purpose and efficient IAM and EUC platform

Manage a team of 2 technical leads with an emphasis on technical leadership and development focusing on a people management approach, following Arm’s guidelines

Partnering with the IAM specialist to build additional technical resource in the ongoing run of the Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Platform

Support technical configuration changes on the platforms managed by the teams

Work alongside the Senior Technical Specialists within EUC to ensure each of the 3 operating systems, Windows, Linux and Mac are managed and maintained to Arm standards

Managing day to day customer concerns for in-scope technical functions, managing conflict and setting prioritisation for the team.

Driving service Improvements by championing a customer focused service, proactively identifying trends and gaps in technical configuration, process and knowledge and implementing training and technical change requirements enhance user experience

Establish good relationships across the Enterprise IT organization

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Do you have a deep technical knowledge in identity systems, including?
- Dynamic Groups
- Custom coding to integrate new identity sources and attributes
- Solve issues with systems integration
- Understanding management of AD
- Proven track record of working in an End User Compute environment
- Dedicated and self-motivated with a can-do attitude, can juggle conflicting and changing priorities whilst meeting deadlines
- Experience of leading and mentoring technical teams
- Experience working across technical teams in a sophisticated and ambitious global organisation
- Creation and maintenance of Knowledge articles for technical platforms and services
