**Qualification**:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with good interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:
At least 4 years as Maintenance Manager in any school or organization.

Developing and maintaining quality standards.

Developing and maintaining safety standards all over the school campus.

Coordinate for construction of new building, maintenance, and repair work in building.

Hire workers and determine repair procedures.

Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

Has worked and has knowledge of Civil Construction, Sports ground Maintenance, Plantation, Building & Furniture Repairing.

Coordinate with agencies for repairing work.

Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
