**KRA**
- Calling Potential or Existing customers to inform them about a product or service using calling scripts.
- Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create awareness
- Generating repeat business by promoting new products / upgrades or AMC Services to the customers.
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating acceptances of offers to teams for furhter actions.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Regular Updates to Sales Manager for customer satisfaction, and market information's.
- Achieve the Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets allocated.

**Skills Set**
- Excellent Communication Skills Must
- Good Command Over Hindi and English
- Should have Strong Mental Acumen and Wit to handle Calls and Negotiations
- Good Typing Speed and Pleasing Voice
- Should be self Motivated and a Go Getter personality.
- Should be Open to work in Shifts.
- Should be able to perform and handle work pressure.
- Should be a team player.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
