**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis using Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Create dynamic and interactive reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Use Python for automation of repetitive tasks, data cleaning, and advanced analytics.
- Integrate AI tools for efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Work closely with various departments to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Identify trends, forecast business metrics, and generate management reports.
- Continuously improve reporting processes using automation and advanced tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar MIS or Data Analysis role.**:

- **Fresher and Internship Experience is not relevant.**:

- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts.
- Working knowledge of **Power BI** and **Tableau** for data visualization.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Python** (pandas, openpyxl, matplotlib, etc.).
- Exposure to **AI tools** for MIS automation and efficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and deliver reports within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
