**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
- Introduce and explain our real estate services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
