**Real Estate Telecaller Executive Job Description**:
**Pre sales or after site visit**:
A pre sales representative is first point of contact for the customer who has enquired about our project or has shown interest in our project. It is your communication capabilities that may covert a lead to prospect. You need to have very good communication skills and need to have the art of selling.

Functions of Pre sales representative:
1. Checking for new leads that have been synced into the CRM.

2. Providing information to the customers about the project and convincing them to visit the site.

3. Following up for site visits.

4. Coordination with the sales office.

5.It is mandatory to have a smartphone for working.

**Post sales or after site visit**:
1. Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company.

2. Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers and fix meeting for sales team.

3. Responsible for calling customers & answering their queries related to the product/services.

4. Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product & services offered.

5. Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information.

6. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.

7. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.

8. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
