Dear All,
We are seeking for Quality Check (QC) Officer for an Interior Factory with 8 years of experiences for Bangalore location.

As a Quality Check Officer for an interior factory, your primary responsibility will be to conduct inspections and checks at various stages of the production process to ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications. You will play a crucial role in identifying any defects, deviations, or non-conformities and taking appropriate actions to address them. Working closely with production teams and other stakeholders, you will help maintain product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.

**Responsibilities**:
Quality Inspection and Testing:
Conduct visual inspections and spot checks of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.

Perform product testing using prescribed methods and equipment to validate performance, functionality, and durability.

Record and document inspection results accurately, noting any deviations or non-conformities.

Process Monitoring and Compliance:
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and standards.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control measures to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of inspection activities, test results, and quality-related documentation.

Prepare inspection reports and quality metrics for review by management and other relevant stakeholders.

Communicate quality-related concerns and recommendations effectively to the appropriate personnel.

Training and Support:
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.

Offer support and assistance to ensure that quality standards are understood and followed by all team members.

Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and concerns.

Act as a liaison between production teams and quality assurance personnel to ensure alignment and coordination of quality efforts.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or certification in quality management or related field preferred.

Previous experience in quality control or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or the interior design industry.

Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.

Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM).

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and thorough inspections.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
