**Admission Counsellor**
- Admission related works:

- **Enquiries handling, counselling.**:

- Converting leads into prospects.
- Preparation & Maintenances of the Database.
- Organization of entrance exam in consultation with Principal.
- Helping the enquiries to fill the Admission Form.
- Collecting & verifying all the mandatory documents for confirmation of the admission.
- Providing the confirmation of admission to the enquiry, following the SOP in consultation with Principal.
- Preparation of School Promotion Plan on Annual basis.
- Sending the requirements for printing material in consultation with Principal.
- Registering all the new admissions for Online / Offline classes.
- School Promotion:

- Organizing Event, Admission Fairs, Seminars, Etc.
- Identification of geographical areas for school promotions.
- Calling to parents for random feedback & routing them properly.
- Involving social Clubs for Activities related to School’s Branding & Promotions.
- Website:

- **Updating School Website time to time.**:

- Updating News, Events & other required data in every 15 day.
- Press Release:

- Preparing news of every event in consultation with school & forwarding to H.O. for publication.
- Relationship building with local newspaper editors for publication of news of schools.
- Inviting the local newspaper editors for school events.
- School Bulletin:

- **Follow-up with Principal & other related departments for timely publication of school bulletin.**:

- Maintaining the database for school bulletin.
- Quarterly bulletin to be forwarded to H.O. as per target date.
- SKOILE:

- Additions of all New Admissions.
- Updating the database as per SOP on a regular basis.
- Increasing downloads & registrations of Parents.
- Sending Notice, Circulars & any other information to parents in consultation with Principal.
- Events:

- **Providing support to school team for organizing Annual day / Sports day & any other events organized by the school.**:

- Organizing value addition branding activities.
- Front desk Management
- Visitors Assitance

**Qualification**: Any graduate or post-graduation with excellent English communication

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
