**About Fundraiser (Job Description)**:

- Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support UNICEF by donating on a long-term monthly basis.
- Raise awareness of UNICEF’s work with children around the world and our advocacy and programme work around India.
- Identify and recruit quality donors using methods outlined in New Starter training and through on-going training and support.
- Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data in a safe and secure manner.
- To participate in training and coaching sessions as required by UNICEF.
- Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.
- In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with UNICEF’s values.
- This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.
- Initially you will be working as an individual contributor and over the period of time if the performance is good you will be promoted to a team handling role.

**Experience**:

- **No experience in the same field is required as full training will be provided.**
- If you’ve worked in the following positions: promoter, retail field expert, advertising expert, marketing expert, Business Development associate, fundraising or sales associate (B2B, B2C), then you are the best fit for the role.

You will be working on the payrolls of Persolkelly**.** Also, we will sign three months contract with you for the first 3 months (review period) and then we will sign annual renewable contracts with you after the first 3 months are completed.

**Work Timing**:(8AM-2PM/11AM-7PM / 12 Noon-8PM) (Tuesday to Sunday)**

**Language Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is required. Ability to work in local languages is a strong advantage.

**Mandatory: Vaccinated (Two Dose)**

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
