Commerce FacultyJob Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Commerce Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in commerce and related areas, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods. Candidates with prior industry exposure and proficiency in MS Excel will be preferred.Key Responsibilities: • Deliver lectures in commerce subjects (Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Taxation, etc.) to undergraduate and postgraduate students. • Design, prepare, and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. • Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and career support to students. • Conduct practical sessions/workshops on industry-relevant topics, particularly focusing on Excel skills for commerce applications. • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum development. • Evaluate and grade students performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. • Stay updated with recent industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching.Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory • M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory (any specialization/stream)Experience: • Minimum 1 year of industry experience in commerce/finance/accounting or related field. • Teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory). Skills Required: • Strong subject knowledge in commerce and finance. • Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, financial calculations, reporting).
