**Key Responsibilities**:
As an E-commerce Intern, you will be actively involved in various aspects of our online business operations, including but not limited to:

- **Product Management**: Assisting with product listing, optimization, and inventory management across various e-commerce platforms. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information.
- **Content Creation**: Helping to write compelling product descriptions, update website content, and ensure brand messaging consistency. This may include collaborating on visual content ideas.
- **Market Research**: Conducting research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and insights.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Assisting in tracking website performance, sales data, and campaign effectiveness. Contributing to performance reports and data analysis.
- **Customer Service Support**: Providing support in handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
- **Platform Management**: Learning to navigate and manage various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Supporting the e-commerce team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**We're looking for someone who is**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about e-commerce and digital trends.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator (English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
