The Travelopia IT team is looking for a Product Designer who is motivated, driven, and interested in building a successful career at Travelopia aligning with the organisation's goals. We are a team of multi-cultural technologists working out of Bangalore and London. We have fully adopted remote work and believe in a product-driven, iterative approach to development with regular rituals

**Note from hiring manager**:

- Seeking excellent and skilled Product Designers with the skills specified with 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Great chance to create this new capability to craft the future of luxury trip planning.
- Working in pods alongside a Product Manager and engineers, this role will report to the Lead Designer, who is responsible for setting up an environment to build effortless product flows that address users' needs.
- You will maintain the Product Design System and strive to improve and simplify the design process.
- We actively take part in peer reviews to improve the designs and ways of working.

**Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor's degree with proven experience.
- Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, Adobe XD, or other similar design tools.
- You have great problem-solving skills and impeccable execution, validated by a well-organised portfolio.
- You bring a good understanding of the development world.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, and design systems will be an added benefit.

**Functional Proficiency**:

- The person should have a good grounding and hands-on experience in designing UI, creating prototypes, user tests etc.
- Ask insightful questions.
- Experience working with international partners is an advantage.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work closely with partners (Engineering, Product Management, Sales, User Success, Marketing, and others) on technical challenges at a fast pace.
- You'll be responsible to define a game plan with partners and iterate quickly to validate your designs.
- Present your work (mostly asynchronously) to partners and incorporate their feedback into an iterative process.
- Bonus if you have experience working in a remote-first environment.
