The executive at this position will be involved in the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with clerical and administrative processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- id creation, collection of account details, managing their documents etc.
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Process vendor payments, salaries, coordinate other company finances etc.

**Key Skills**:

- Min 2 years of experience as office administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication (Verbal and written). Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. (Languages - English and Hindi is a must. Additionally, Kannada is also preferable)
- Should be multitasking with the ability to priority tasks.
- Great proficiency in Microsoft Office and other around-the-office software's.
