Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator located in Kochi. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for managing front office activities, including receptionist duties and customer service. The Administrator will also handle demo scheduling, administrative assistance, follo up and addressing student enquiries and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Daily tasks include greeting and directing visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, manage being the central part of office, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service and Front Office Management
- Capable of performing Receptionist Duties effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Manager or Secretary will be a plus
