**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients for daily service, including chopping, marinating, and mixing spices.
- Prepare traditional Kerala dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and various curries, ensuring adherence to authentic recipes.
- **Cooking and Presentation**:

- Cook dishes to order, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served.
- **Station Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station throughout service.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Participate in tasting sessions and adhere to feedback to continuously improve dish quality.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and upheld at all times.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work as part of a cohesive kitchen team, assisting colleagues as needed during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
