**Open Position**: Business Development Executive (IT Online Bidder)
**Experience**: 1+ Years
**Working Hours**: 09:30 pm to 6:30 am, Night shift
**Notice Period**: Should be immediate or 20 days
**Work Mode**: Onsite (Zoptal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., 1st Floor, F-250, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160055)

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage the end-to-end bidding process on online platforms such as **Upwork (MUST)**, Freelancer, and other relevant channels.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed set targets for acquiring new projects and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Online Bidder with a successful track record.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Required Bidding Experience**:Web Technologies & Mobile Technologies**

**Web**:PHP, CI, Laravel, MEAN / MERN, WordPress, Full Stack, etc.
**Mobile**: Flutter, iOS, Android, React native, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using online bidding platforms and other relevant tools.
- Comfortable working the night shift to cater to international clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to business development strategies.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
