**Job Description
10+ years in SCADA/MES implementations
At least 5 full Ignition SCADA/MES implementation projects, with at least two of those ha ving a Solution Architect role
Should be highly skilled in processes design with the SCADA/MES system
Excellent understanding on SCADA/MES Ignition modules like Vision Unlimited / Ignition Perspective, Web Browser, Alarm Notification, SQL Bridge, Tag Historian, Reporting
Expertise in SQL Server, python scripting, Java
Expertise in integration with OPC server products like Kepware
Out standing communication and organizational skills.
Should be able to work in functional/technical area of SCADA/MES to guide custo mer and consultants (supplier-s own or those from other companies outside the customer) in successfully designing, testing and implementing a SCADA/MES solution.
Should be highly experienced in determining resource requirements, interview and acceptance.
Shou ld be highly experienced in reporting progress and coordinating with the Project Manager to assure the team is meeting design, cost and schedule constraints of the SCADA/MES implementation project.
Should be able to resolve team issues, manage team responsibili ties, ensures the customer team is successfully receiving knowledge transfer, and ensure the team fully tests its areas of responsibility during unit, integrated and acceptance testing.
Should have experience in Lean manufacturing, Warehouse Management System, A SRS
Knowledge about PLC, Integration of different PLC's for shop floor data capture.
Should have knowledge about Ignition archit ecture design, EON configuration.
Should have Knowledge about MQTT modules used in Ignition.
