Freshers passionate about marketing and experienced professionals with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply. This position focuses on traditional and offline marketing activities rather than digital marketing.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute marketing campaigns that involve direct customer engagement, events, and on-ground promotions.**:

- **Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.**:

- **Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.**:

- **Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.**:

- **Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.**:

- **Monitor the success of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **0-4 years of experience in a marketing role.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Ability to think creatively and solve problems.**:

- **Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and public speaking.**:

- **Well-organized with attention to detail.**:

- **Willingness to travel locally as needed for marketing activities.**:

- **Experience in traditional marketing methods is a plus.**
