What we're looking for

Our company is seeking Field Coordinators who will be involved in imparting the knowledge of source segregation to school going students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all training in the city for the identified programme, which delivers training to students on source segregation
- Assist in onboarding schools for the waste management campaigns run by the organisation
- Innovation in designing implementation/formats
- Deliver training content developed by Development Team and tailor this where necessary to the local context whilst ensuring session outcomes are delivered.
- Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and youth receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions.
- Prepare and follow training timetable
- Work with colleagues at district and regional level to continuously improve the quality of programme and ensure our work is always safe and enjoyable for youth.
- Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Social work / Sociology with 3-4 years of PQE
- Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Social work / Sociology with 1 years of PQE
- High-energy levels with a passion to succeed
- Dynamic team player with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
