Job Description: Sales Executives (hospitality)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
- Manage a sales team, if applicable, providing guidance and monitoring performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
