**Position Overview**:
As a pivotal member of the team based in Nashik, India, the Pharmacy Store Assistant plays a vital role in the pharmaceutical industry by assisting in the smooth operation of medical stores or pharmacies. Their responsibilities encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient dispensing of medications, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing quality customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dispensing Medications**:

- Receive prescription orders from customers or healthcare professionals.
- Accurately dispense medications following the prescribed dosage and instructions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to dispensing pharmaceuticals.

**2. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock and manage incoming deliveries.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in locating and selecting appropriate medications.
- Provide information on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

**4. Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of medication sales, inventory transactions, and customer prescriptions.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations and guidelines.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and dispensing medications to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Monitor product expiry dates and take appropriate measures to remove expired stock from circulation.

**6. Administrative Support**:

- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining documentation related to transactions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy premises.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Education qualification should be D.Pharm or B.Pharm from any recognized institute.
- Proficiency in spoken Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, India.
