**Key Responsibilities**:
Achieve quarterly sales targets through paid leads & data calling.

Pitch relevant property options to prospective buyers.

Assist in site visits and ensure smooth deal closures.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Collaborate as a team player under the guidance of the sales manager.

**Mandatory Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Excellent communication (English ,Tamil,+ Hindi is Plus).

✔ Strong negotiation & customer handling skills.

✔ Ability to make quick, confident decisions.
