Radprix is an upcoming E- commerce fashion brand and it’s a Mono brand with 100 % of its operations carried out digitally.

We are looking for Ecommerce Retail Planner, who will be responsible for tracking inventory and bringing in new products based on predicted needs for customers in our website as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Limeroad, Flipkart. They're a liaison between the customer, supply chain, marketing, buying department, ensuring what the customer wants is available.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Process Responsibilities**_
- Ensuring effective Inventory management (optimum stock utilization, stock return).
- Review and analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems related to stock and sales and concepts to make effective business decisions.
- Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action like campaigns, promotions.
- Ensuring roll-out of new marketplaces addition and timely dispatches.
- Category and segment Analysis in which the company operates and suggest inclusions and exclusions.
- Category and Product gap analysis.
- Plan Season wise buying to augment sales during the peak periods and controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
- Merchandise planning, Ordering stocks, Replenishment planning & Re-order planning thereby negotiating cost prices, managing the distribution of stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary compliances and paperwork.
- Liquidation of Non Moving Stocks and track optimization of the Slow Moving Stocks.
- Annual business plan and budgeting.
- Ensuring advance planning for Marketing Events at Various market place Promotions.
- **People Management Responsibilities**_
- Work with retail team to provide details of order fulfillment to the respective buyers.
- Work with ZMs /RMs and Key account Managers for day to day grievances.
- Monitor Targets vs. Achievements, stock allocations and dispatches.
- Liasoning with key internal departments like Operations, Marketing and Finance.
- Liasoning with external service providers such as clearing agents, couriers, etc.
- Working closely with Inverntory and Warehouse Management team.
- Planning, maintaining and re-ordering for central warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- At least should be a graduate, preferably Fashion.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail & eCommerce.
- Experience in Fashion brand (apparels) is preferred
- Experience in vast collection of products with more that 1000 SKUs is added advantage.
- Proficient in English & Tamil. Preferably Hindi as well.
- Good Analytical and Mathematical Skills
- Experience in Unicommerce, Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
