Position: Architect - AutoCAD and SketchUp Expert

Location: [Prayagraj]

Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions that meet client requirements.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards, codes, and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Review and revise architectural plans based on feedback from clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and emerging trends in the field of architecture.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and software advancements related to AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing your previous projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential. Additional knowledge of other design software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
