**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated **Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Staff** to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of solar power equipment. The role involves routine inspections, timely fault diagnosis, and monitoring the overall performance of solar installations to ensure maximum uptime and energy output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and associated electrical components.
- Perform **routine inspections** and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Identify and **diagnose faults** in solar equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Monitor system performance using SCADA/remote monitoring tools and generate daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service history.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and support the resolution process efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for technical support or replacements.
- Assist in performance improvement activities and recommend technical upgrades when needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Diploma** or **B.Tech** in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification or training in Solar PV systems is preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good understanding of solar PV system components (modules, inverters, junction boxes, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with power tools, electrical measurement instruments, and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for report generation and performance monitoring.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

**Experience**:

- **Min. 3 years** of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar energy systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
