Daksha Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at our office location. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing the company's various social media handles and producing engaging content to promote our brand and products. This role requires a passion for social media, strong writing skills, and proficiency in basic photo and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies for Daksha Group's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Generate a minimum of 5 high-quality pieces of content per week across all social media channels, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative ideas to drive engagement and growth.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments from followers.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Assist in the creation of visual content by capturing photos and videos during company events, product launches, and other relevant occasions.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using basic editing software to ensure they are visually appealing and align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all social media content.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
