If you're a passionate, driven designer eager to make a mark, you might be the next member of our cult The Opportunity: Designer (Fresher) We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Fresher Designer to join our fast-paced team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who has recently completed their design education and is ready to jump into real-world projects. You'll be working on diverse client briefs, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing directly to the visual identity of both our clients and The Content Cult itself. Key Responsibilities - Design Execution: Create engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media graphics, digital ads, emailers, infographics, presentations, and website elements. - Concept Development: Assist the senior team in brainstorming and developing creative design concepts that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all projects. - Prototyping & Mockups: Prepare design mockups and prototypes for review and presentation to internal teams and clients. - File Management: Organize and maintain a clean and accessible library of design assets and project files. - Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve our output. What We're Looking For - Education: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Portfolio: A strong and diverse design portfolio showcasing creativity, foundational design principles (typography, color theory, layout), and a passion for digital design. - Software Proficiency (Must-Have): Excellent skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. - Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Kochi, Kerala. - Soft Skills - Eagerness to learn and take constructive criticism. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) - Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (e.G., Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects). - Familiarity with the digital landscape, social media best practices, and regional trends in Kerala.
