**LOCATION**: GUINDY

Note: Immediate joiner is preferable

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Coordinating in the School for NEET/IIT-JEE Classes
- Assist faculty with course planning, material preparation, and classroom management

*Conducting Parents teacher meeting.

*Making Time table on a weekly basis

*Taking feedback after every phase test.

*Making Academic plans every year

*Regular follow-up with the parents regarding their wards absenteeism.

*Meeting with teachers on a daily basis for course flow, syllabus follow-up, and student parents-related issues.

*Coordination with Faculty members for making all Question paper.

*Serve as a point of contact for student queries related to academic programs, course registration, and examination schedules.

*Oversee student enrollment, registration for competitive exams and provide support services to enhance the overall student experience

*Incharge of admissions and student affairs to achieve institutional goals

*Incharge of fees collection

*Interacting with Parents for their grievances.

*Manage academic records, including student grades, attendance, and performance reports.

*Assist in the scheduling and coordination of classes, exams, and other academic events.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENT**:

- FRESHERS / 1year experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong Management skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Interpersonal skills

**Timings**:

- 9.00am-6.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
