**Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Review and evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, and patient-specific factors.
- Provide expert advice on medication use, dosage adjustments, and therapy alternatives to healthcare providers and patients.
- Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling sessions.
- Monitor and assess the outcomes of pharmaceutical care interventions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor Pharmacy (Pharm.B.), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree in Pharmacy or relevant field is a plus.
- **Licensure**: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug regulations.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHRs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
