Atl - Pharmacist

**ATL - Pharmacist, Kolkata**

**Job responsibilities**:
Supervise and train pharmacy retail store team members.

Monitor the inventory levels of medications, medical equipment, and other products, and place orders as needed

Manage the cash register and oversee financial transactions

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

**What we are looking for**:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Retail pharmacy

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month
