Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Programming Courses

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, coaching centers, and relevant organizations.
Identify potential leads and convert them into enrollments for programming courses.
Deliver presentations and product demos to students and academic decision-makers.
Collect and maintain detailed records of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
Distribute promotional materials and participate in education fairs/seminars.
Collaborate with the marketing team for localized promotions and lead generation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly.
**Required Skills**:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech or course sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of programming languages and tech education trends.
Fluency in [Local Language] and English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BBA, BCA, BSc, or related fields).
Prior experience in educational sales or tech course promotion is a plus.
