_**JOB DESCRIPTION - TELE CALLER**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with the customers via various channels such as calls, messaging and provide them relevant information.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of a customer and maintain healthy customer relations.
- Collect information from the customers and maintain records.
- Modify the sales pitch according to the response of the customers.
- Develop an understanding of the product and services offered by the organisation.
- Provide suggestions and information from your end according to the requirements of the customer.
- Handle the queries of the customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with the customer and co-ordinate with the sales team.
- Schedule site visits, appointments with the customers and assist them.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving
- Ability to adapt according to the situation.
- Ability to manage conflicts.
- Ability to switch your communication style.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
