Atl - Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound **Trainer** to join our **ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Project in Himachal Pradesh**. This is a **contract-based opportunity** ideal for individuals with a **B.Tech in Electronics and Communication** and a passion for training and innovation in STEM education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions in Atal Tinkering Labs at schools across Himachal Pradesh.
- Teach students the fundamentals of electronics, robotics, IoT, 3D printing, and Arduino-based systems.
- Provide mentorship and support to students on their projects and innovations.
- Maintain ATL equipment and ensure labs are functional and organized.
- Prepare training materials and session reports as per project guidelines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **B.Tech in Electronics and Communication** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and DIY platforms like Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education, innovation, and working with school students.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts in Himachal Pradesh.
- Prior experience in a similar training or facilitation role will be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
