**Responsibilities**:
Communicate with patients suffering from various ailments post discharge to understand the need for medicines and accordingly explain the importance of medication compliance

To engage with patients over the call to understand need for medicationsProcessing prescriptions and raising an indent to Drug Delivery Team for dispensing medications at the patient’s location for online orders

Collecting payments from the patients through an online payment systemTo make sure medicines supplied corresponds with the prescriptionsTo make sure there is no dispensing error

To track the delivery of ordered medications

To handle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs.To receive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basis.

To maintain record of drug orders against the prescription copies

To maintain a record of invoices against the drug orders

To maintain record of controlled substances

**Skills**:
Clarity in communication; Ability to articulate and talk to the patient in a clear manner without ambiguity

Active Listening skills; Analyzing information; Attention to detail

Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, and medical brands

Passionate about the role and have patient care as priority

A natural conversationalist: should be well read and can engage patientsEntering, transcribing, recording, storing or maintaining information in written or electronic form

Should be a team player and have ability to bridge the gap across all departments.

**Qualification**:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree

People with retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Individuals from medical field (D-Pharmacy/ Nurses/ Pharmacists, etc.) **Language preference**:

- Telugu, English, Hindi (preferable)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Thane - 400607, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
