Co-Founder
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Set the culture and values of the company, ensuring the team is aligned with these principles.

- **Networking**: Build relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
- **Adaptation**: Adjust the company’s strategies and offerings based on market feedback and competition.

COO (Chief Operating Officer):
The COO is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that the business is running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Efficiency**: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to streamline operations.
- **Team Management**: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of employees across departments.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve business processes to ensure operational excellence.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor budgets, spending, and financial health to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- **Performance Tracking**: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track operational success.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- **Internal Communication**: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to drive operational alignment.

In some startups, the Co-Founder and COO roles may overlap, especially during the early stages.

Pay: ₹10,868.25 - ₹114,444.55 per month
