**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers using both organic and inorganic methods.
- Inorganic Lead Generation: Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve lead quality and volume.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content using Canva.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:

- Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- **Canva Design**:

- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation (organic and inorganic), content creation, SMM, SEO, SEM, and Canva.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Pay: ₹15,611.18 - ₹19,435.46 per month
