As a full-time instructor, your primary responsibility will be to **deliver high-quality dance classes** to **our students starting from age 4+ years to adults.** Here are the key duties:
**1) Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- **Design and execute dance lessons** that align with our curriculum and learning objectives.
- **Create engaging and dynamic class content** to enhance students’ skills and understanding.
- **Plan and organize class schedules**, ensuring efficient use of time.

2) **Student Engagement and Support**:

- **Motivate and inspire students** during classes.
- **Provide constructive feedback** to help students improve.
- **Address student queries and concerns** promptly.

3) **Performance and Assessment**:

- **Organize periodic assessments** to evaluate student progress.
- **Participate in recitals and performances** as needed.

4) **Administrative Tasks**:

- **Maintain attendance records** for all classes.
- **Collaborate with other instructors** to ensure consistency across levels.
- **Assist in organizing workshops and events**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
