**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a motivating and supportive group environment to ensure participants stay engaged and meet their fitness goals.
- Encourage social interaction among participants to create a community atmosphere.
- Provide ongoing motivation, feedback, and support to clients to keep them engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
- Offer advice on healthy living, including exercise routines, diet, and lifestyle changes.
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Keep records of client performance, tracking improvements and providing feedback to clients on their progress.
- Maintain a safe environment by ensuring clients perform exercises with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Ensure that all gym equipment is maintained and used correctly.
- Follow and promote cleanliness and hygiene protocols within the gym facility.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education & Certifications**:

- Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or related field (e.g., ISSA,K-11, ACE, NASM, or equivalent certification).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time frame).
- A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a gym trainer or fitness instructor (experience in group classes and personal training preferred).
- Experience with different types of training (e.g., strength training, cardiovascular fitness, functional training).
- Experience in working with clients of different fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
