**Job Summary**:
Fitness4Sure Gym is looking for a dedicated and energetic Gym Trainer who can guide members to achieve their fitness goals. The trainer will be responsible for providing personalized workout plans, ensuring proper form and safety, and creating a motivating and supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and understand client requirements.
- Design personalized and group workout plans (weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness).
- Guide members in proper exercise techniques and use of gym equipment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in the gym.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay consistent and achieve goals.
- Keep up-to-date with fitness trends and techniques.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certification in fitness training from a recognized body (e.g., ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition basics, and workout planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clients of all age groups and fitness levels.
- Physically fit with a professional and disciplined attitude.

**Preferred**:

- CPR/First Aid certified.
- Experience with group classes like Zumba, HIIT, or Yoga (bonus).
- Basic knowledge of diet and supplementation (optional).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
