**Position**:Quality Assurance Inspector

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Experience**: Minimum 3 -4 years required

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection of Materials & Products**: Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Measurement & Testing**: Utilize various inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to measure product dimensions and ensure they meet required tolerances.
- **Documenting Findings**: Accurately document inspection results and report any deviations from quality standards. Maintain inspection records and data for traceability.
- **Non-Conformance Management**: Identify non-conforming products and materials. Investigate the root cause, document findings, and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues.
- **Audit Compliance**: Conduct regular quality audits on products and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO standards).
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit inspection reports and quality performance data to management. Highlight recurring issues and suggest corrective actions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality issues are addressed promptly and processes are improved.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing input on ways to improve inspection processes, minimize defects, and enhance product quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that quality inspections are conducted following the company’s health and safety standards. Identify and report any unsafe practices or conditions in the production area.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, visual inspection methods).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific standards).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.27 per month
