**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Promotion and Sales**: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers to drive product sales and achieve sales targets.

2. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant medical research to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.

4. **Market Intelligence**: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and strategic business growth. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

5. **Administrative Tasks**: Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory levels. Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

6. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines governing pharmaceutical sales and marketing activities. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and promotional guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product launch planning, or market access
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, including prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within a designated territory.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to compliance and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
