**Job Title**: Back Office Executive - Insurance (US Process)
**Location**: Andheri west

Note: It is a night shift. Timings: 7pm - 4am. No pick up & drop facility available.
**Reports To**: Team Leader / Process Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Policy Administration**
- Process new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as per client instructions.
- Verify and update customer data in the insurance management system.
- Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

**2. Claims Processing**
- Assist in processing insurance claims by gathering and verifying required documentation.
- Enter claims data into the system and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with internal teams or US-based stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

**3. Data Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policies, claims, and client interactions.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports on policy status, claims processing, and other metrics as required.

**4. Compliance and Quality Assurance**
- Ensure adherence to US insurance regulations and company standards.
- Review processes regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.

**5. Communication and Coordination**
- Collaborate with onshore teams, agents, and other stakeholders to address queries and follow up on pending tasks.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Process Manager as needed.

**6. Workflow Management**
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve daily or weekly targets.
- Adapt to changes in workflow or process updates as directed by management.
- Support team members during high workloads or critical deadlines.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business Administration preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a back-office role, preferably in insurance or US process operations.
- Knowledge of US insurance processes and terminology is an advantage.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and back-office software.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Good understanding of US insurance practices and documentation requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
