**About Outscal**

We are an Ed-tech company, helping passionate Game and Web3 Developers build their careers, by upskilling them through mentorship and placement support.

**This position will work closely with our community and marketing team. Leading charge in handling our social media platform. **Your work will get direct exposure to thousands of gaming industry enthusiasts who are part of our global community.

**What you will do**:
**Content writing for various social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.**

Writing and editing articles and success stories, conducting interviews as necessary.

Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for content

**Storyboarding**: understanding the effectiveness and appropriateness of story assets (text, images, audio, video) and combining them to build a robust story.

Video editing, Creative designing, scheduling content on buffer.

Creating content marketing strategies from scratch and taking ownership of end-to-end execution.

Building a social media content calendar for all platforms and analyzing how it performed

Work closely with core team and regular interaction with the founder.

**Must-Have**:
1 to 2 year of full-time work experience as a Marketing Executive

Understanding of story fundamentals (effective character, trajectory, hook, authenticity/details and calls-to-action)

Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience’s perspective)

Stellar writing skills and a sense of conveying more in fewer words.

**Familiarity with tech lingo & Games**

**LinkedIn, YouTube & Twitter native**

Tools like Canva, Flimora, Premier Pro.

Street smart (gives equal weightage to hard work and smart work)

Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail.

**Good to have**:
**Past experience in the Gaming industry. (Internship/full-time)**

Know how of Airtable, Notion, G Suite, Canva, and a few no-code tools.

Experience in cold mailing, and cold reach-out copywriting.

**Strong hold on any one social media platform: LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube.**

Know how of scaling a social media handle from 0 to 1.
