Job Description - Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on

digital marketing channels. This role involves coordinating with branding agencies, managing marketing

budgets, and supporting lead management processes to generate and convert leads effectively for our

real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Execute Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, such as SEO, PPC, social

media advertising, and content creation, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Coordination with Agencies**: Work closely with external branding and creative agencies to

develop marketing materials and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- **Budget Tracking**: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of

resources to maximize ROI.
- **Lead Management Support**: Support the development and implementation of lead

management strategies, including maintaining the CRM system and tracking leads throughout

the sales funnel.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing

reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Content Creation**: Assist in the development of marketing content, such as brochures, flyers,

social media posts, and website updates, to support campaign objectives.
- **Event Coordination**: Help plan and coordinate marketing events, such as property launches, open houses, and promotional activities.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and

market trends to support marketing strategy development.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a

related field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or a related

industry.
- **Skills**
