**Job Opening: Chat Support Executive - US Travel Process (Fresher Welcome)**
**Location**: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000 per month

✈ **Position**: Chat Process Executive - US Travel Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle live chat inquiries related to flight bookings and travel support
- Provide customers with fare quotes, booking status, and basic travel info
- Work with the team to resolve queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of chat interactions
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written English communication skills
- Willingness to work in **night shifts (US shift timings)**:

- Fast typing speed and basic computer skills
- Fresher or up to 6 months BPO experience welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred

**Location**: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
